Warm Up

2 forward rolls
10m frog hop
10m Hurdles back
5 Push Ups

Skill Work

Squat: Heel balance drill standing on a plate with toes off perform a squat without letting toes touch the ground

WOD

Amrap in a given time: 5 plates-> hop from plate to plate perform 1 squat on each plate if toes touch groun restart if make it through run around tire and do 3 k2e
